Today I am grateful for feelings of dissatisfaction. I am learning to honor all of my feelings, even the ones that I would have called “bad” in the past. Today I felt very frustrated and angry about my life. However, instead of going into victim mentality I chose to look at these feelings as messages. I walked in nature and did EFT and prayed for clarity. I came back with a much more empowered and creative outlook on life. All feelings are just messages and I find some of the lower vibe ones actually have the ability to push me to higher heights if I use them as a catalyst for positive change. I am thankful that I was discontent with my life because now I have decided what my next greatest step is and what my priorities are going into the future.
