Are we our story?

Anger, Hate, Love, Joy—it’s all the same.  All of these emotions are just a reflection of your inner vibration; a reflection of your inner world.  You see what you are in vibration, not what you are in truth.  You feel what you are in vibration, not in truth.

In truth you are everything and you are nothing.  You just are: beautiful, perfect, complete, although these words can’t possibly describe you either.  Simply the act of using words to describe you, others or objects takes everything out of the realm of what is and places it in your box of stories.

I’m not saying this is wrong.  For what is wrong?  Or what is right for that matter?  We are.  And we are here to learn what that means.  We absorb what the world tells us as the world is absorbing what it tells the world.  Problems only begin to occur when we start to believe these stories, which we inevitably do because we are taught them when we are young and impressions carve themselves easily upon our ego.

What we need is a way to get back to who we were, who we were before the stories took hold.  Of course, in truth we are always that perfect being of light and no story can or will ever change that.  However, in this world we have created we are faced with dichotomy, with yin and yang, with contrast.  This contrast comes in the form of our stories.  Contrast in itself is neither bad nor good, it just simply is.  Challenges begin when we start to put value on the contrasts and compare ourselves to other stories and realities that have been created.

The only way to bring you back to wholeness is through disbelief and questioning.  Question everything and clear your attachment to those things.  There are many tools and technologies which can help you get to this place.  Ultimately, self-love and self-forgiveness and gratitude are the keys to using these tools and to finding true peace in the wholeness of who you are.

Stuck, shrinking,

Such a lie

You tell me again and again.

I am free, flowing

Full of fire

And light fills me throughout.

I trust and allow.
