Today I am grateful for my daily morning practice. Since coming down with a cold bug this week my morning practice has all but dissolved into nothingness. What is normally a one to two hour practice has become merely a morning prayer and forcing my body to get out of my warm bed. I know that two hours in the morning to do any routine every day sounds like a lot but it is my “me time” and it makes a world of difference to my entire day. Some parts of this practice are: prayer; EFT; meditation; an Energy Medicine routine; warm lemon water; and now, Qigong. These tools help to bring balance to my energy system and my life and help me to be more resilient. Now that I am feeling better, it is such a blessing to have them in my life again.
